Yoga Classes
move, breath and reconnect with your body
Life is busy. Life is loud. Life can feel relentless. And somewhere in the middle of all the doing, rushing and giving, we lose connection with our own bodies. We stop breathing properly. We hold tension we don’t even realise is there. We push through exhaustion because we think we have to.
Yoga invites you to stop. To slow down. To come home to yourself.
My yoga classes here in Bude are designed to be warm, welcoming and nurturing — a space where every woman feels comfortable, regardless of age, ability or experience. Whether you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat before or you’ve been practising for years, you will always be welcome here.
Each class is thoughtfully crafted to help you:
Release physical tension and tightness
Build strength, flexibility and balance
Calm your nervous system
Improve your sleep and energy levels
Reconnect with your breath and your body
Find a sense of peace and stillness in your week
This isn’t about perfect poses, pushing yourself to your limits or comparing yourself to the woman on the mat next to you. This is about showing up for yourself — exactly as you are, on this day, in this moment. That is always enough.
There’s something really special about practising alongside other women. A shared exhale. A quiet understanding. A room full of women choosing themselves for an hour. It’s powerful, even when it’s gentle.
Who is this for?
Yoga classes are perfect for you if you:
Come as you are. The mat is ready. You are welcome here.

1:1 Yoga
Yoga designed entirely around you
Group classes are wonderful — but sometimes you need something more personal. Something that’s been built around your body, your needs and your life.
That’s exactly what 1:1 yoga offers

In these private sessions, it’s just you and me in the calm, peaceful setting of my oak garden room. There’s no one else to think about. No pace to keep up with. No distractions. Just space to focus entirely on what your body and mind need in that moment.
Every session is completely tailored to you. Before we begin, we’ll talk about how you’re feeling — physically and emotionally — and I’ll design the practice around that. Some days you might need something energising and strengthening. Other days you might need something slow, restorative and deeply calming. There’s no fixed plan — because you’re not the same woman every day, and your yoga practice should reflect that.
1:1 yoga can help you with:
Managing chronic pain, injury or physical limitations
Supporting recovery from illness or surgery
Calm your nervous system
Easing anxiety, stress or overwhelm
Navigating hormonal changes, menopause or fertility challenges
Building confidence on the mat before joining a group class
Deepening your existing practice
Simply having dedicated time and space for yourself
Who is this for?
1:1 Yoga is perfect for you if you:
This is your time. Your Practice. your space to breathe.

Yoga Therapy
Healing through the wisdon of Yoga
Yoga therapy is different from a yoga class. While a class focuses on general movement and wellbeing, yoga therapy is a therapeutic, one-to-one approach that uses the tools of yoga — gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and self-awareness — to support your physical and emotional health in a deep and targeted way.
Think of it as yoga that has been specifically prescribed for you — your body, your mind, your story.

As a qualified yoga therapist, I work with you to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. We don’t just look at your symptoms — we explore the root causes. What’s your body holding onto? Where is the tension? What patterns have built up over time? What does your nervous system need in order to feel safe?
From there, I create a personalised therapeutic programme that you can practise both in our sessions and at home — giving you tools that support you long after you leave the garden room.
Yoga therapy can support you with:
Chronic pain and fatigue
Anxiety, depression and emotional overwhelm
Trauma and PTSD
Hormonal imbalances and menopause
Sleep difficulties and insomnia
Digestive issues
Autoimmune conditions
Recovery from illness, surgery or life-changing events
Burnout and nervous system dysregulation
Grief and loss
Low self-esteem and disconnect from your body
Who is this for?
Yoga therapy is perfect for you if you:
Yoga therapy meets you exactly where you are — gently, compassionately and without any judgement. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be “good” at yoga. You just need to be willing to show up for yourself.
That’s where the healing begins.
