All 1:1 sessions take place in my peaceful oak garden room in Bude, Cornwall — a beautiful, calm and completely private space overlooking a walled garden. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel held, safe and welcome.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is different from a yoga class. While a class focuses on general movement and wellbeing, yoga therapy is a therapeutic, one-to-one approach that uses the tools of yoga — gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and self-awareness — to support your physical and emotional health in a deep and targeted way.

Think of it as yoga that has been specifically prescribed for you — your body, your mind, your story.

For 25 years, I have worked with women who have experienced domestic abuse and trauma. I have sat with women in their darkest, most frightening moments. I have listened to stories that would break your heart. And I have watched — time and time again — as those same women found their courage, reclaimed their lives and discovered a strength they never knew they had.
