A Sanctuary for Women.
Under the Cherry Tree was created as a gentle sanctuary — a space where women can rest their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and begin to feel like themselves again.
This is not about fixing yourself.
You’re not broken.
It’s about creating safety first… and from that place of safety, allowing gentle, meaningful change to unfold — emotionally, physically, and in the way you relate to your life.

A Gentle, Holistic & Trauma-Informed Approach
My work is holistic and trauma-informed. This means I support you as a whole person — body, mind, and life — always with care, choice, and respect for your pace.
Alongside nervous system support, mindfulness, and gentle body-based practices, I also offer gentle nutritional therapy to help you feel more nourished and steady in your body. I bring specialist experience supporting women who have experienced abuse or unsafe relationships, offering this support with sensitivity, confidentiality, and dignity.
You don’t need to be in crisis to receive care. You deserve support simply because you are human.

A calm, private space to pause, be heard, and breathe again. These 1:1 sessions offer space to talk things through, gently regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Each session is shaped around what you need on the day.

A six-session holistic journey for women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. This held, compassionate process supports you to come out of survival mode and begin to feel more like yourself again — calmer, clearer, and quietly hopeful about what’s ahead.

Gentle, trauma-informed yoga classes designed to help you feel safe in your body, move kindly, and rest your nervous system.
